Equipped and ready for what's next!

Two deeply meaningful experiences that have expanded my thinking and reignited my sense of purpose.

Transformational training

Over the past month, I've had two deeply meaningful experiences that have expanded my thinking and reignited my sense of purpose.

First, I attended a four-day course at the Findhorn eco-village. I thought it would advance my facilitation skills, but what unfolded was a profoundly moving and enlightening experience that has transformed my understanding of group dynamics and how I show up in the world. My heart opened in ways I never imagined, and I learned so much about tuning into the wisdom and intelligence that emerges when people come together with shared intention.

Right after, I went on a three-day training on participatory leadership run by the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland. This strengthened my capacity to support systems change towards a Wellbeing Economy. I gained valuable new tools and techniques on the art of hosting generative conversations and leading participatory processes.

Enhanced leadership capabilities

Exhausting and exhilarating. Enlightening and confusing. Saturating and expansive.

These two experiences stretched me, and have reaffirmed my commitment to advancing the Wellbeing Economy movement through my work with clients. My core value and services remain the same, but I have a renewed clarity on how I can contribute, expanded my toolkit and strengthened my capacity to guide organisations as we navigate the crises of climate change, biodiversity loss and inequalities so they can make a bigger impact.
